Staff Accountant

AAMH seeks to hire a Staff Accountant. This individual will be responsible for maintenance of the general ledger accounts and coordination of monthly closings.  The Staff Accountant is also responsible for completing monthly reconciliations, annual schedules, and payroll related duties. Qualifications include Associates or Bachelors Degree in Business or Accounting or equivalent work experience with Minimum of three to five years accounting experience, non profit accounting experience preferred.

The successful candidate will:  Demonstrate an ability to analyze and perform account reconciliations. Perform all duties with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Excel in time management and organizational skills. Possess spreadsheet expertise, solid Microsoft Office skills, and a willingness to learn new applications. Meets deadlines consistently and handles multiple tasks simultaneously. Deals effectively with staff and others, using strong interpersonal skills. Children's IOP

AAMH has two F/T openings for a counselor in our newly developed Children’s Intensive Outpatient program. A Bachelor’s degree is required in psychology or social work with at least one year of experience in children’s mental health services. Driver

Community Behavioral Healthcare Agency in Princeton wants a F/T driver – 35 hours per week, with benefits, for early morning and late afternoon runs in Mercer County. Additional tasks include unscheduled client trips for appts. and light office maintenance duties. EOE. Must have drivers license with good driving record.
