POSITION TITLE: CADC Partial Care Counselor
Position Summary:
To provide substance abuse counseling to partial care clients individually and in groups. Leads Partial Care groups based on cognitive-behavioral, psycho-educational and supportive principles to assist clients in developing social and daily living skills.
Position Qualifications:
-
a bachelor's degree in a human services field, or
-
an associate's degree and two years experience in providing co-occurring treatment services, or
-
five years of experience providing co-occurring treatment services, or
-
possess a relevant professional credential, such as Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner, bachelor's degree in social work, certified rehabilitation counselor, certified alcohol and drug counselor, bachelor's degree in rehabilitation, or bachelor of science in nursing.
Required Certification/Licensure: CADC
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops and leads substance abuse counseling interventions for co-occurring disorder clients at AAMH.
Provide individual meetings as needed with clients to discuss progress/problems in reaching treatment goals, case management as necessary, and the coordination of treatment services with other providers.
Maintain client charts and documents according to DMHS regulations.
Assist in the development of schedules of group programs and special events, as well as curriculum reflecting services provided.
Provides staff training and education on substance abuse assessment, interventions and prevention.

All Access Mental Health a Princeton, NJ CMHC providing adult partial care and outpatient counseling services for children, adults and their families, has an immediate opening for an Advanced Practice Nurse with psychiatric experience and prescriptive ability to provide:

POSITION TITLE: Outpatient Clinician - Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
Position Summary:
Responsible for providing evaluation, treatment planning and counseling to new and ongoing clients in individual, family or group therapy. Implement treatment objectives through coordination of services with other service providers.
Position Qualifications:

Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field

Minimum of two year mental health experience in direct service
Required Certification/Licensure: LSW, LCSW
CADC and/or Bilingual preferred
Duties and Responsibilities:
Determine current problems, mental status, family and personal history, treatment trecommendations and provisional diagnosis. Effectively engages a range of clients in therapeutic relationships toward the attainement of mutually agreeed upon goals
Develop and manage a caseload
Consults with other AAMH staff and psychiatrists on regular basis.
Maintain appropriate documentation according to agency standards and procedures.
